Chewing sugar-free gum
Chewing mint gums or sugar-free gums also helps in eliminating bad odor from the mouth. It is helpful in eliminating short-term bad breath that results due to eating of some foods like hamburger with onion.
Smoking is one the main cause of mouth odor. It makes your breath smell like stale smoke. Quitting smoking would be helpful in getting rid of mouth odor and feeling confident while talking in public.
Hydrating the mouth
Dryness is also one of the contributing factors to mouth odor. This can be caused as a result of some medications or beverages that cause dehydration.
